Our Executive Chef and his culinary team have elevated the Spirit’s catering experience to be a truly extravagant affair. Having won international accolades, Chef Goran is able to share his worldly cooking techniques with us here in Vermont. He and his team work tirelessly in our on-board galley to produce delicious food for all of our guests.
