Deck Accessibility
Our Admiral deck (lower level) is fully wheelchair accessible with no stairs and convenient entry. Since our three decks often host different events simultaneously, we recommend calling our office to reserve your spot on the Admiral deck. While there isn't elevator access to upper decks or fresh air areas, our team will ensure you're comfortably situated to enjoy your cruise experience.
Getting to the Boat
Two convenient paid parking lots with 3 handicap spots, just 250 feet from the boat
Complimentary wheelchairs available at the ticket booth (please return after use)
Our crew is happy to assist with boarding
Service Animals
Only certified service animals trained to perform specific tasks for guests with disabilities are allowed to board the boat. Per ADA Title 2 and Title 3, we cannot accommodate emotional support, comfort or therapy animals.
