Bus Parking on Burlington's Waterfront

DIRECTIONS FROM I-89:

Take Exit 14W, which puts you on Main Street, and continue 1.7 miles to the Spirit of Ethan Allen.
Continue on Main Street until it ends at Battery Street at a stop light.
Continue across Battery Street onto Lake Street and in approximately 100 yards, you will intersect College Street.
Proceed north on Lake Street about 100 plus yards, and on the left is the entrance for motorcoaches to the parking lot.
Parking is on the right side of the entrance and is signed for bus parking.
Pull up as far as possible to the red Information building and stop and off load your guests.
There are bathrooms located on both ends of the red building.
Most times a Spirit staff member will be there to welcome you to Lake Champlain.
The walk from the boat is all paved and flat and is about 75 yards from the bus parking.
